Detroit Wrecker Sales brings you the Strongest Pivot Head assembly available today! The most common problems with wheel lift pivot heads today are durability & non-adjustability.

 

  •  Others Companies require you to buy a new Pin & Bushing in order to Tighten up the Slop in the Pivot Head. The Bushing they use is very Thin. Wears out Fast. We use a HUGE greasable 4″ Bronze Bushing thats a 1/4″ Thick & has Oil impregnated into it. We use 4″ Hex Pins. The Biggest in the Industry. Keep this unit greased, & it will last forever!
  •  In the center of our massive 4″ hex pin, is a 6″ grade 8 bolt w/ a nut on the end. After a million tows, when the Top & Bottom plates spread & wear out, they become sloppy on the tow bar. When this happens, all you have to do w/ our unit, is tighten it back up. With the Grade 8 Nut & Bolt, located in the center of the hex pin (see pic above). The only Pivot Head system available w/ this feature.
